Terms and Conditions for making purchases on the Sales Appointment Generators website. All users who make a purchase through the re-direct from https://www.sagsinc.com/pay or https://www.sagsinc.com/purchase, agree to the follows:

 

1. Sales Appointment Generators agrees to book sales appointments for the customer in an amount equal to the number purchased.

   1. Sales Appointment Generators agrees to deliver these booked sales appointments in a timely manner and in accordance with the rate at which the customer desires.

      1. For most customers, this can be as many as 5 booked sales appointments a day within 24 hours, but this may go up or down depending on the demand for sales appointments as well as the supply of trained appointment setters within Sales Appointment Generators.

2. The customer is paying for booked sales appointments. For purchases made through https://www.sagsinc.com/pay, the customer is paying for booked sales appointments that show up, not simply booked appointments.

   1. If an appointment booked by Sales Appointment Generators through https://www.sagsinc.com/pay does not show up, Sales Appointment Generators will replace the appointment with an additional appointment.

   2. There is no limit to the number of replacements that Sales Appointment Generators will replace for when a prospect does not show up to a meeting for the customer for purchases made through https://www.sagsinc.com/pay.

   3. Appointments booked that no show do not count toward the number of appointments booked that Sales Appointment Generators must generate for the customer for purchases made through https://www.sagsinc.com/pay.

3. Sales Appointment Generators will qualify prospects in accordance with how the customer desires prospects to be qualified prior to booking a sales appointment.

   1. However, the customer understands that prospects may occasionally lie and Sales Appointment Generators will not be liable for lies made by prospects of the customer during the qualification portion of the appointment booking calls.

   2. The customer gives Sales Appointment Generators the freedom to book calls in the way which we think is best and which will be most likely to set the customer up for calls that turn into revenue generating sales.

4. Upon purchase, Sales Appointment Generators will reach out to the customer via phone or email to schedule a time for onboarding.

   1. The customer is expected to be prepared for the onboarding meeting with:

      1. An accurate description of the types of businesses they work with,

      2. The core problem the customer’s business solves,

      3. The top 3 frustrations that their customers face on a daily basis,

      4. A booking link for scheduling sales appointments, and

      5. An ideal timeline for delivery of these booked sales appointments.

   2. If the customer fails to respond or reach out to Sales Appointment Generators within 7 days, Sales Appointment Generators will automatically refund the entire amount paid minus merchant processing fees.

      1. At such time, the agreement for purchases made will be null and void and Sales Appointment Generators will not longer be required to provide the booked sales appointments to the customer.

5. Upon completion of the onboarding meeting, Sales Appointment Generators agrees to book a minimum of 1 sales appointment within the first 7 days of onboarding.

   1. If the customer fails to provide the required materials during onboarding, especially a working booking link, upon our attempt at booking the customer’s first sales appointment and the link failing to work or calendar failing to have availability, Sales Appointment Generators will attempt to reach out to the customer to get this fixed as soon as possible.

      1. If the customer continues to cause challenges for Sales Appointment Generators and effectively makes it impossible for Sales Appointment Generators to book a timeslot using a booking link, Sales Appointment Generators, may, at its sole discretion, refund the customer in full at any time minus merchant processing fees and (refer to 4.2.1.).

   2. If, for any reason, Sales Appointment Generators fails to book a sales appointment for the customer within 7 days, Sales Appointment Generators will refund the customer in full, including merchant processing fees.

6. This is a no-risk investment, as far as getting booked sales appointments with the customer’s ideal clientele.

   1. Sales Appointment Generators guarantees that we will book you the required number of sales appointments with the type of business you desire, with all or nearly all the qualifications the customer lays out during the onboarding meeting.

   2. Sales Appointment Generators does not guarantee any level of financial performance from these sales appointments and customer understands that Sales Appointment Generators ultimately has no control over what happens from the sales appointments and whether they close.

   3. If, 7 days after onboarding, the customer is not consistently getting multiple booked sales appointments weekly every single week, for any reason except that the customer asked for 1 or less weekly or to pause bookings, the customer may request a refund equal to the total amount paid divided by the total number of sales appointments purchased times the number of un-booked sales appointments.

7. This is not a long-term agreement; this agreement simply covers the customer’s purchase of a number of booked sales appointments.

   1. There are no monthly or recurring fees.

   2. If the customer desires to purchase more booked sales appointments, he may, at any time, by visiting https://www.sagsinc.com/pay and making an additional purchase.

   3. The customer may also reach out to any representative of Sales Appointment Generators to put through another order of booked sales appointments.
